We're in for quite the treat today, and I don't just mean the yummy gifts! Fall Design Team member Liz Qualman shows us a cute way to turn today's steal, the Itzy Ritzy Craft Cans 2-Pack, into the perfect gift for neighbors, co-workers, teachers, or anyone else you can think of. Take it away, Liz!

Looking for some comfy, cozy and inexpensive gift ideas? Today ScrapbooksSteals.com is selling these adorable canisters. The canisters are made of plastic and metal and are large enough to fit many different gift ideas. I thought I would make one canister into a family meal gift basket and include a mason jar of homemade spaghetti sauce along with the canister full of pasta. I also thought it would be fun to make a hot cocoa gift basket and send the marshmallow in this protective canister that will keep them fresh and safe.
The top of the canisters were easy to decorate. I cut the patterned paper for the lids from the Simple Stories Handmade Holiday collection with my circle cutter and then added the matching cardstock stickers. The cardstock stickers REALLY stick to the plastic on the canisters, so make sure you know exactly where you want them before you stick them in place.
What are some other fun elements you could add to the canisters for thoughtful gifts? The sky is the limit, and these canisters are plenty big to hold many gift items.
Have a wonderful and crafty weekend.

Liz, I love your ideas! I can't think of anyone who wouldn't love a giant container of marshmallows, especially if it's part of a hot cocoa basket. ;) It's perfect for those cold winter days and your adorably decorated canister is still useful after the marshmallows are gone.
Thanks for stopping by everyone and be sure to tune in again on Wednesday for a new Mid Week Mojo and the Coral #7 winner announcement!
