Basic Grey 6x6 Paper Pads | Monday Card Madness #68

So if you've ever asked yourself what is "basic" about Basic Grey, then you'll agree with me when I say that there is nothing at all basic at all, and today's steal, the Basic Grey 6x6 paper pads is proof! The mere fact that today you have ten different paper collections to choose from is sure to strike the needs and fancy of every scrapper out there. (Yes. We all know that paper is a need!)

I love the diversity of 6x6 pads and their mini prints for creating cards. I wanted a fun design this week that would show off a combination of three different prints in an easy way, so I came up with this sketch.

I have to admit. It was really. really. really hard to decide which papers to use for my cards this week, but finally settled on three of the collections.

I am absolutely drawn to blues, browns and greens so I created my first two cards using the Marjolaine paper pad.

Next I decided to get a little classy and used the Little Black Dress collection.

From there I decided to "elevate my IQ" by playing with the Oxford collection.

I rounded out my evening of card making by creating two cards using the Picadilly line.

I do love me some Basic Grey. Such a great zesty collection of papers to create that perfect card.

I have absolutely loved seeing more and more of the interpretations of the Monday Card Madness sketches popping up on our Facebook fan page.

If you haven't been sharing your cards, we'd love to see! Oh and want to take the sharing up a notch? Why not participate in our current card swap.
