Sew, you think you're ready for this?

Can you believe it? After all of the hinting and waiting, wondering and wanting, that the We R Memory Keepers Sew Easy 'Special Steal' is HERE!!!! Who needs Black Friday when our awesome buyer Melodee was able to deliver the most sought after, new scrapbooking tool on the market! I'll be honest! Quantities are extremely limited so go snatch that baby up before you continue on to read about what I created with the tool.

Ahhhhhhhh....Deep breath! Now that you can relax and are the proud new owner of the We R Memory Keepers, Sew Easy, (we hope!) take a peek at my journey with the amazing tool!

First off I decided to watch a couple of videos on how to use the tool. It's really quite self explanatory, but I do love seeing how others use the tool. My favorite video found was one made by Northridge Publications. Take a minute to watch my cute friend Kristine and the President of We R Memory Keepers demonstrating the tool.

I decided to start out simple with the regular stitch, piercing tool. I have been dying to use a leaf design on my Silhouette so I thought the basic stitch would make the perfect accompaniment to the leaf for some place cards for Thanksgiving!

I love how easy the Sew Easy makes it to stitch. No more having to pull out my sewing machine and no more creating uneven stitches when sewing by hand!

After that, I couldn't resist using the idea that Andrew gave in the video to add eyelets or brads to the holes. I made a Christmas Tree card and used the scalloped head to create the decorations on the tree.

(Shhhhh....I know the top row of stitching isn't quite centered. LOL! I just figured it gave a little character to my tree).

Next I had to try the 'burst' head to make a frame of 'snowflakes' around the photo on my layout about the very disappointing snow storm that we had last night.

Sew there you have it! Sew snazzy...SEW EASY!
