Hi! Happy Friday! I’m happy to be here today to show you a fun project using Bo Bunny Hello Sunshine. I love the cheerful papers and embellishments in this collection. With both my munchkins having birthdays coming up, I thought this collection would make a great banner that I can use for both a boy and a girl.
Thanks to my Cameo, creating this banner was a breeze. You can see all the pieces, cut and ready for inking here.
I went to town inking the pennants and the background layers to really make them stand out. Using foam tape, I adhered the backgrounds to the pennants. For added dimension, I used foam squares to attach the letters. All of this gave the right amount of height to the banner, and made it easy to layer the different embellishments from today’s steal.
Here are a few close-ups of the pennants so you can see how the buttons, trinkets, brads, rub-ons, & layered and chipboard elements play so nicely with the papers.
And the best part? There is so much in this kit, that I will be able to make some cute birthday cards to match the banner!
