Cottage Farms from Pink Paislee really does remind me of a Farmer’s Market. The organic feel of this collection made me smile when I first saw it. The re-emergence of rub-ons added to my happy mood. I forgot how much fun they are to add a little extra to your projects. Now, I have always had a love/hate relationship with the color pink. I have two daughters so I have been around pink all of my life, I tend to stay away from it when making crafty projects. It’s time for me to embrace it, so today’s Monday Craft Madness theme is:
Now I know some of you out there have that hate relationship with this color also, but give it a try! Check out what I made:
So my kids went back to school last week and all decided they were no longer taking their lunches to school, apparently the food in the vending machines is better than the sandwiches I can make. Now I have tons of left-over lunch bags. What do you do with a ton of left-over lunch bags? Why create a little mini album, of course.
I am in love with these burlap flowers, I wish I could have a room full of these. The layers and texture they add to your projects is quite awesome.
On this page I used the fabulous rub-ons. I forgot how much I loved using these. I am so happy they have made a splash back into our scrapbooky world.
The dark contrast paper included in the kit is perfect to create banners and other home-made embellishments.
Use the journaling cards as-is or trim them down and use them as die cuts.
(Do you see the cute hot air balloon rub on?)
The photo frames are the perfect size for all of those instagram prints we all have…hint, hint…
Oh yes, I added another burlap flower!
I love notebook like paper to use as a journaling page.
I can’t wait to see everyone’s projects using the most loved and most hated color (at least by me). Go get pinked!
