I am a lover of washi tape. So when I received the Shape N’Tape by Lifestyle Crafts in the mail I was so in love!
With washi tape you are limited to what you can do because of the size. Not so with the Shape N’Tape! And as I discovered in playing with it, it has an additional benefit. You can cover things quickly and easily without the mess of glue and worrying about air bubbles.
For my first creation, I used the Gray Set of Shape N’Tape
I took a notepad I purchased at a local craft store that was laying around.  And using Shape ‘N Tape I made a altered notepad that is just so cute and was so simple!
The notepad looked like this before I altered it:
I simply cut some of the tape and covered it with the solid gray and the dotted gray design. I then attached a die cut and added a mini paper clip with a tiny scrap of the dotted gray tape attached to it. This was simple, fast, and I had no issues with messy glues!
You could cover a box, a tin, a journal cover! Anything and everything and no glues or messes!

This would be a perfect gift for anyone, but I love it so much I am keeping it for myself!
After I created the note pad I decided to play around and make a card. I always love to have cards on hand to send to friends and family.
I am so love in love with Shape N’ Tapes Teal Package. I love the color teal, and the designs in this set are just gorgeous!
So I thought why not cut some chevrons and make a card with them. Simple and cute! What I really love about this card is I didn’t have to use any adhesive. I taped down some chevrons cut from the Teal Shape N’ Tape and added a stamp. Super fast, super easy and super cute!
How gorgeous is that? Love love love it!
And here is an additional tip..no matter how small your scraps are when creating something with Shape ‘N Tape, don’t throw them out!
I took a few scraps left from the card and applied them to some mini clothes pins I had.
How cute these will look on an office or craft room bulletin board or even a card or scrapbook page? And for the smaller scraps you could attach them to paper clips as I did in the first project. So hang on to the scraps and find super cute ways to use them.
