Today’s How To-sday comes to you from Winter Design Team member Cristine Redmond! This is a super cute mini album, and so easy to make! I loved making these at the ScrapbookSteals retreat last year – and they make a perfect gift too!

Step 1. Take your 12×12 piece of cardstock or patterned paper and cut it in half.
Step 2. Using a score board or bone folder, make creases ever 3 7/8″ on both halves. This will give you three big sections and one 1/8″ section.
Step 3. Cut four pieces of patterned paper to 4.25″ x 6″.
Step 4.Cut the ribbon in half and adhere on one of the cardboard pieces as shown below:
Step 5. Once the ribbon is glued down, cover with one of the trimmed patterned papers as shown below:
Step 6. Cover the remaining sides of cardboard with the rest of the trimmed patterned paper pieces. Take the scored cardstock and adhere so that there are six of the 3 7/8″ sides showing. (Overlap the 1/8″ flap over the other 1/8″ flap to do so.)
Step 7. Put adhesive on the back of one of the edges and adhere to the backside of one of the covered cardboard pieces. (Note: The cardboard piece with the ribbon attached will be the backside of the album, so this step needs to use the ribbon-less piece.)
Step 8. Do the same as above, attaching the other side of the cardstock accordion to the cardboard with ribbon.
Now you’re all set to decorate your mini album to your heart’s desire! This is a picture of my completed album, completely opened up:
I hope you find this album to be as easy as I did! Thanks for stopping by today!
